Winemaking | Each variety harvested separately, destemmed, crushed, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (22- 25ºC) in stainless steel tanks, pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 6 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine aged 3 months in the bottle

Bouquet | In the nose, we have an intense and fruity wine, with notes of ripe red fruit, raspberries, jam and floral aromas

Taste | In the mouth, it has presence and is round, which pleases the consumer

Aftertaste | The tasting ends with a long and balanced finish

Food Pairing | This wine goes well with meat (white or red), taking advantage of dishes that follow its structure
